Terms & Conditions – Fuel Voucher Giveaway

  1. The promoter is: Tallpopie Pty Ltd whose registered office is at Level 3, 36 Carrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
  2. The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Tallpopie and their close relatives.
  3. One survey completion is equal to one entry.
  4. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. To be eligible a survey must be completed prior to the closing date.
  6. Closing date for entry will be 11:59 pm AEST on 30th June 2022.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. The giveaway is a Nespresso Vertuo machine. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The giveaway is not transferable. The giveaway’s are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. All recipients of the giveaway must collect their new Nespresso Vertuo within 14 days of exchange, we reserve the right to withdraw the giveaway if the recipient fails to meet the pick up deadline.
  12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
