Paul Heard

Managing Director

Paul's career was founded in London and New York at United Business Media, where he managed global advertising accounts British American Tobacco and Flybmi. Back in Asia Pacific he led the strategic marketing for CPA Australia, then founded Heard in 2011, establishing it as a leader in property marketing, across brands like GPT, Defence Housing Australia, Poly Global, and Mirvac. He also drew recognition for work on FMCG brands such as GE, Saudi Arabia Company FAL Holdings, and various Local and State Government Departments.

Paul founded Tallpopie to provide Heard’s property development Clients with a strategic sales service that could capitalise on broader market knowledge and real time market learnings. A Class 1 Licensee in Charge licensed real estate agent, he works closely with Clients to establish brand, then drive them through the complex sales funnel. His methodology has ensured that even through the toughest of market conditions, Clients are achieving sales targets.
